• Champagne Cup

    Serve in large pitcher with four lumps of ice, decorate with slices of orange and pineapple and one very small slice of cucumber peel. 3 or 4 sprigs of fresh Mint on top.

  • Roman Punch

    Use punch bowl. Dissolve Sugar in lemon and orange juice, add the rind of one orange, add the well beaten whites of eggs. Surround the bowl with cracked ice and stir the ingredients well together.

  • Champagne Punch

  • Champagne Julep

    Use long tumbler. Fill glass with Champagne. Stir gently and decorate with slices of fruit in season.

  • Bucks Fizz

    Use long tumbler. Fill with Champagne.

  • Valencia Cocktail (No. 2)

    Shake well and strain into medium size glass, and fill with Champagne.

  • Soyer-Au-Champagne Cocktail

    Stir well together in medium size glass and fill with Champagne. Add slice of pineapple or orange, 1 cherry or strawberry.

  • Monte Carlo Imperial Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into medium-size glass and fill up with Champagne.

  • I. B. F. Pick-Me-Up Cocktail

    In a wineglass place one lump of Ice, 3 dashes of Fernet Branca, 3 dashes of Curacao, one liqueur glass of Brandy, fill remainder with Champagne. Stir and squeeze lemon peel on top.
