• Southern Mint Julep

    Use long tumbler and crush the Mint leaves and dissolved sugar lightly together, add Spirits and fill glass with cracked ice; stir gently until glass is frosted. Decorate on top with 3 Sprigs of Mint.

  • Whisky Daisy

    Use small bar glass. Fill glass 1/3 full of shaved ice. Shake thoroughly, strain into a large cocktail glass, and fill up with Apollinaris or Seltzer Water.

  • Ward Eight Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

  • Sazerac Cocktail

    Stir well and strain into another glass that has been cooled, add 1 dash Absinthe and squeeze lemon peel on top.

  • Rye Whisky Cocktail

    Stir well and strain into cocktail glass. Add 1 cherry.

  • Rattlesnake Cocktail*

    (6 people) Shake very thoroughly and serve by straining it through a fine sieve. *So called because it will either cure Rattlesnake bite, or kill Rattlesnakes, or make you see them.

  • Oriental Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. In August, 1924, an American Engineer nearly died of fever in the Philippines, and only the extraordinary devotion of Dr. B— saved his life. As an act of gratitude the Engineer gave Dr. B— the recipe of this Cocktail.

  • Old Fashioned Cocktail

    Crush sugar and bitters together, add lump of ice, decorate with a twist of lemon peel and slice of orange using medium size glass, and stir well. This Cocktail can be made with Brandy, Gin, Rum, etc., instead of Rye Whisky.

  • Manhattan Cocktail (Dry)

    Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.
