    (6 people) Take 1-1/2 glasses of grapefruit juice, a dessertspoonful of lemon juice, 1/2 a dessert spoonful of grenadine syrup, and the white of one egg. Add plenty of crushed ice and shake thoroughly. →

    Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. →

  • Moonlight Cocktail

    (6 people) Add ice and shake thoroughly. Serve by placing in each glass a think shaving of lemon peel. A very dry cocktail. →
