  • Cardinal Punch

  • Santa Cruz Fix

    The Santa Cruz Fix is made by substituting Santa Cruz Rum for Brandy in the Brandy Fix. In making fixes be careful to put the lemon skin in the glass.

  • Santa Cruz Rum Daisy

    Use small bar glass. Fill glass 1/3 full of shaved ice. Shake thoroughly, strain into a large cocktail glass, and fill up with Seltzer or Apollinaris Water.

  • Manhattan Cooler

    Stir well and strain into medium size glass. Decorate with fruit in season.

  • Imperial Fizz

    Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with syphon soda water.

  • White Currant Shrub

    Strip the fruit, and prepare in a jar, as for jelly; strain the juice, of which put two quarts to 1 gallon of Rum, and 2 pounds of Lump Sugar; strain through a jelly bag.

  • Rum Shrub

    Put 3 pints of Orange Juice and 1 pound of loaf Sugar to a gallon of Rum. Put all into a cask, and leave it for 6 weeks, when it will be ready for use.

  • Stanley Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

  • Spanish Town Cocktail

    (6 people) Pour into shaker, add a large quantity of ice, and shake thoroughly. Grate a little nutmeg over each glass and serve.
