    Shake well, strain into medium size glass and fill with syphon soda water. →

  • Dubonnet Fizz

    Shake well, strain into medium size glass. Fill with soda water. →

  • Bucks Fizz

    Use long tumbler. Fill with Champagne. →

  • Rum Shrub

    Put 3 pints of Orange Juice and 1 pound of loaf Sugar to a gallon of Rum. Put all into a cask, and leave it for 6 weeks, when it will be ready for use. →

  • Mr. Manhattan Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. →

  • Parson’s Special Cocktail

    Shake well and strain into medium size glass. →

  • Clayton’s Pussyfoot Cocktail

    Shake well and serve in cocktail glass. →
